Adam Farkas (as told by Meredith)
Adam is the smartest person I know. He really should go on Jeopardy, since he seems to know interesting trivia about nearly everything. But he also knows lots of useful things, like how to fix a dislocated shoulder, how to make the best lasagna ever and how to take apart and put together a computer. In spite of the fact that he tells me he can’t do a tracheotomy using a bic pen, I think he’s twice the man that George Clooney is (he’s certainly cuter).
Adam is a licensed physician, but runs a really cool medical software company. His computer skills are often in demand from friends and family (especially me). Adam is fiercely loyal, generous to a fault, and has a fantastic sense of humor. I’ve never laughed more in my life than I do with Adam and I thank my lucky stars every day that he somehow continues to put up with my shenanigans. He’s the sort of person anyone would be lucky to call a friend. I get to call him my husband.
Meredith Farkas (as told by Adam)
Meredith is the most beautiful person I know. And fortunately, also the most patient. She tolerates my laying waste to the house with numerous (unfinished) projects, and even bites her tongue when I set something ablaze. What a gal!
She’s also got incredible creative writing skills, and discipline (344 pages!) She will no doubt contribute the vast majority of content to this blog. At least the interesting content.
Her day job as an academic librarian keeps her extremely busy, i have no idea how she manages to cram in all her side projects (let alone do such an outstanding job!)
I am impossibly lucky to have found her, and hopefully we’ll be writing this blog together for a long time to come.
